Revit Library Content Online (All Versions)

All of Autodesk’s OOTB Revit Library content are available online for download.

In versions Revit 2023 and later, after clicking “Load Family”, a file conveniently points to the Autodesk website where the content can be found online, and it also mentions the new “Load Autodesk Family” tool.

The new “Load Autodesk Family” tool looks like this.

The new tool gives you access to OOTB library content without having to install the content on your machine.

However, while the new “Load Autodesk Family” tool is convenient, I find the content isn’t complete.
